An annual traveling international convention, founded in 1983, dedicated to costumers and costuming of all genres and types. The convention has its roots in science fiction and fantasy conventions and historical re-enactment events but has expanded to include anime, media recreation and fursuit. It is run by the International Costumers Guild.
