Fan Fair II (also known as Toronto Triple Fan Fair II) was held at the King Edward Hotel in Toronto August 21-23, 1970 opposite Heicon, the 1970 Worldcon which was in Germany. This was done with Heicon's approval and has caused some to blame Fan Fair for the NASFiC.
The GoHs were Isaac Asimov and Anne McCaffrey (who sang memorable operatic duets together.) Attendance was about 400.

Rather than do a third Fan Fair, OSFiC decided to bid for 1973 Worldcon and a Toronto in 73 committee formed around John Millard and Peter Gill, and won the bid at L.A.con II and went on to run Torcon II. Nonetheless, there eventually was a third Fan Fair.
