DeepSouthCon 24 (also known as the L&N DSC) was a convention held September 26–28, 1986, at the Galt House in Louisville, KY. David Hartwell was GoH, Ann Layman Chancellor was Fan GoH, and Alex Schomburg was Artist GoH.

Attendance was 570. It was chaired by Sue Francis (Louisville) and Ken Moore (Nashville). The Rebel Award winner was John A. R. Hollis and Andrew J. Offutt won the Phoenix Award. Somtow Sucharitkul was MC.
