Balticon 41 was a convention held Memorial Day weekend, May 25-28, 2007 at the Marriott's Hunt Valley in Hunt Valley, MD. The GoHs were Larry Niven, Jerry Pournelle, Joe Bergeron, Jeff & Maya Bohnhoff, Michael R. Mennenga & Evo Terra.

The chairman was Nora Wright.

Naomi Novik won the Compton Crook Award for His Majesty's Dragon. The previous year's winner was Maria V. Snyder.
