Steve Leigh is an SF and fantasy writer, artist, fan and musician from Cincinnati. He is a longtime member of the CFG and a regular at Midwestcon, other Midwestern regionals, and Worldcons.
Both of the novels in his Mictlan science fiction series were longlisted for the Tiptree Award. He has published speculative fiction as Stephen Leigh, as S. L. Farrell, and once as Matthew Farrell.
In the 1980s, he performed at cons as Cosmos in a juggling and clowning act called Cosmos and Chaos with Ro Nagey.
He also works as a lecturer at Northern Kentucky University, teaching creative writing. He’s married to Denise Leigh.
