R. Henery was a UK fan from Liverpool active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL).

We know no more about him and even the above is conjecture as the reproduction in Operation Fantast #2 where he is noted as a new member of the BFL is so bad that we can't be sure that's his name. It could be Honory, Henory, or Honery. Henery seems most likely.
