Browsing was a fanzine published by J. Michael Rosenblum in the UK. All issues were also distributed in FAPA.

The FAPA Book notes that:

Browsing [11]] is simultaneously Fantast's Folly. Fantast's Folly is simultaneously (Rosenblum's) Browsing no. 11. The magazine (and there was only one, not two) was actually solely Fantast's Folly, with extra details added to make Swisher's indexing job more interesting.

The final issue, distributed with the January 1946 mailing, offers some insights into timing. It's not entirely clear which issue Rosenblum is talking about but perhaps #10 which also appeared in that mailing. He said:
