Wendy Webb Nesheim is a Southern horror, fantasy and nonfiction writer who writes under her maiden name, Wendy Webb. She has been a frequent toastmaster at Chattacon: 1994, 1999, 2006, and 2013–18.
Wendy is the daughter of the SF writer Sharon Webb. She has a Ph.D. in Public Safety Leadership and Emergency Management.
