Rustycon 8 was a convention held January 18-20, 1991 at the Seattle Airport Hilton in SeaTac, WA. The GoH was Robert Forward, the Artist GoH was Randal Spangler and the Fan GoH was "Bandit". It was chaired by Scott Boivon.
