ConGregate 4 which was also DeepSouthCon 55 was held July 14-16, 2017 at the Radisson Hotel in High Point, NC. The Writer GoH was Barbara Hambly, the Artist GoH was Alan Pollack, the Special Literary Guest was Toni Weisskopf, The Special Writer Guests were Timothy Zahn and Michael A. Stackpole.
The Rebel Award went to Michael D. Pederson and Bob Ellis, the Phoenix Award went to Simon Hawke and (posthumously) to Aaron Allston. It was chaired by James Fulbright.
