Rudolpha Catherine Rigelsen Paul attended the first Worldcon, NYCon, with her husband, the GoH, artist Frank R. Paul, and two of their daughters, Joan and Patricia Ann.
She was an immigrant from Belgium who met Paul in Jersey City, New Jersey, at the boardinghouse where they were both renting rooms. They married in May 1913 and had four children.
