Paul David Novitski is a fan artist, and fan writer who also writes as Alpajpuri and lives in the Pacific Northwest. He was an editor on the Pacific Northwest Review of Books and was active in the Tolkien Society of America. He was mainly active in the ’60s and ’70s.
