Will Straw, a Canadian fan, published the fanzine Willard R. Biscuit Newsletter with Norm Clarke and Boyd Raeburn. In 2019, Straw presented a talk, at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada, entitled, "The circulation of controversy: Mimeography, fanzines and the amateur press association." He was a member of TAPS and OE of Apasition.
