Windycon V was a convention held October 6-8, 1978 at the Arlington Park Hilton in Arlington Heights, IL. Guests of Honor: Bob Shaw, George Scithers. Toastmaster: Bob Tucker. Chair: Doug Price. The theme was "Case of the Maltese BEM", Attendance was about 1200.
There is a short convention report by Terry A. Garey in Locus #215, October 1978.
