V-Con 8 was held May 23-25, 1980 at the Delta's River Inn in Delta, BC. The GoH was Roger Zelazny, the Special Guest was John Byrne, and George Metzger was Fan GoH. Ted White was toastmaster, it was chaired by Vaughn Fraser, and attendance was about 750.
