Disclave had its first Fan GoH May 26-29, 1978 (Memorial Day weekend), Bob Tucker. Wilson Tucker was a Pro GoH. Attendance was 1005. Alexis Gilliland's Star Wars Roots was performed by the WSFA KaWOOKIE PLAYERS. It was a roaring success, but due to WSFA's Ruritanian Revolution, it was the last Disclave Alexis chaired until 1981.
There was a review by Jim French in Locus #212, July 1978.
