Balticon 21 was a convention held at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 17-19, 1987. The GoHs were Roger Zelazny, Michael Whelan, and Tom Doherty, and the FGoH was Eva Whitley. Sheila Finch was the previous year's Compton Crook Award winner.
The chairman was Marty Gear.
Thomas T. Thomas won the Compton Crook Award for Doomsday Effect.
