Ralph Merridette Holland (1899 - 1962) was president of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) from 1958 until his death.

The Ralph M. Holland Award was an early award of the club named for him. It is no longer given, although a similar award, the Franson Award, is still presented by the club's president.
