A bid to hold the 1960 Worldcon in Pittsburgh, PA. This bid was selected at Detention (see 1960 Worldcon Site Selection for details) and went on to run Pittcon. It was sponsored by the PSFA.
The committee included Dirce Archer, F. C. MacKnight, P. Schuyler Miller, Jack Price, Beatrice Taylor and the Board of Directors of the PSFA.
Its competition was DC in 1960, Chicago in '60, and Philadelphia in 1960.
