An LA-area fan who has worked extensively on conventions in LA, both Worldcons and regionals. He chaired Loscon 24 and Loscon 31 and co-chaired La-La's Eleven. He is a member of LASFS where he has served as an officer, and SCIFI. He was a member of the N3F and of the Roswell in 2002 hoax bid..
