Charlotte Proctor is a fan living in Birmingham, AL who foud fandom around 1975 and who has worked on a variety of regionals. She is a member and has been an officer of the Birmingham Science Fiction Club. She was the editor of its clubzine Anvil when it was nominated for the 1986 Best Fanzine Hugo. She ran for DUFF in 1983 and again in 1993. She was part of the Atlanta in '86 and Atlanta in '95 Worldcon bids. She chaired the 1982 BoShCon I.
