Richard George Medhurst, nicknamed Snaghurst, was a British fan active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS) and he published Bibliphan as a rider for Futurian War Digest.

Described in Futurian War Digest #1 (October 1940):

20 year old Londoner, now studying mathematics at Cambridge, due to closure of London University.
