Thomas R. Bullett was a UK fan from Teddington in London and active in the mid-1940s. He attended the Eastercon in 1944 and was a member of the Cosmos Club (CSC).
He was a physicist and Futurian War Digest #29 reported that when the members of the Cosmos Club tried some extra-sensory perception tests at their meeting on May 9, 1943 :
