Thomas R. Bullett was a UK fan probably from London and active ind the mid-1940s. He attended the Eastercon in 1944 and was a member of the Cosmos Club.
He was a physicist and Futurian War Digest #29 reported that when the members of the Cosmos Club tried some extra-sensory perception tests at their meeting on May 9, 1943 :
