(???? – )
H. S. Burton was a UK fan from west London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society, joining in early 1943. Maddeningly, he is one of the members whose arrival was likely noted in British Fantasy Society Bulletin #6 and as of 2024 nobody has been able to locate a copy of that one. Were we to have access to it we might know more about him but we are confined to noting that his address in Teddington means he may have been a member of the Cosmos Club but that's pure speculation.
He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 although not in later versions.
