Noel Chidwick is a UK fan and editor initially from Birmingham, UK and later Glasgow active from the 1970s. While a member of the Birmingham Science Fiction Group he published the single issue fanzine Meta with Steve Green and Paul Harris in Autumn 1977.

In 2015 he was the founding editor of Shoreline of Infinity, a Scottish science fiction and fantasy magazine published in print and digitally.
