A British fan. He resided in Cheltenham in the 1970s, and was a member of the BSFA committee at the time of the organisation's near collapse; early issues of his fanzine Spi contained much debate on how, if at all, it should be revived.

He attended the Suncon in 1977 alongside several other British fans, before dropping from sight for some years. He reappeared in the 1980s, now living in the Birmingham area with his wife Jan Poole; both of them were early members of the BSFG's apa, APA-B.
