Shoestringcon 11: STLcon was probably a convention held in Autumn 1989 at Hatfield Polytechnic in Hatfield, UK, run by PSIFA.The original version of this page said 'There is some doubt that it happened' but Mark Plummer has just (June 2024) turned up his badge saying he was member 64 so it seems that it did.
