N. C. Gourley was a UK fan from Newcastle, UK active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL). It is presumably a coincidence that the maiden name of Sadie Shaw, first wife of Bob Shaw, was also Gourley and her family also came from Newcastle.
He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
