Thomas D. Moore was a UK fan active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS) and the N3F.
During his SFS membership his address was in the BAOR, the British Army of the Rhine. It's possible that he knew Ken Slater who was also stationed there but then so where 50,000 other people.
In the N3F roster of April 1952 he shows an address in Falkirk, Scotland.
He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
