Fantasy War Bulletin was a fanzine published by C. S. Youd in the UK, and nicknamed Warbul. It was a replacement for The Fantast according to Don Wollheim in Science Fiction Progress although Youd himself described it as an irregular supplement (in #4) and The Fantast would resume publication in 1940.
