Chattacon XVI was a convention held January 18-20, 1991 at the Read House in Chattanooga, TN. The GoHs: Harry Harrison, Don Maitz (AGoH), Mark Maxwell (Fan AGoH), Debbie Hughes (Fan AGHoH), The Webb Clan (Special Guests), Khen Moore (FGoH), and Saddam Hussein.
It was chaired by Robert Zielke, the toastmaster was Charles Sheffield, and attendance was 1207.
