MidSouthCon 1 AKA Midsouthcon '80 was a convention held June 20–22, 1980 at the Sheraton Inn, Huntsville in Huntsville, AL. The GoH was Fred Pohl and Bob Tucker was Fan GoH.
Kelly Freas was MC and it was chaired by Andy Purcell The convention included a space center tour.
The program book for the 1980 MidSouthCon is available at Samuel Smith's website.
It was not connected with the subsequent MidSouthCons.
