Leonard ‘Len’ A. Kippin was a UK fan briefly active in the thirties. He had a letter published in the June 1930 issue of Wonder Stories and this was seen by Wally Gillings. Kippin’s letter gave an address in Ilford and Gillings lived in the nearby suburb of Leyton.
