Seacon '25 (officially, Seattle Worldcon 2025), the 83rd Worldcon and second in Seattle, will be held August 13–17, 2025, at the Summit expansion of the Seattle Convention Center, in downtown Seattle, WA, with headquarters hotel the Sheraton Grand Seattle and additional room blocks at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, the Hyatt at Olive 8, the Grand Hyatt Seattle, and the Mayflower Park Hotel. (Distances from the convention center range from 0.3 to 5 blocks away, and room rates $223–$264.)
The Guests of Honor will be Martha Wells, Donato Giancola, Bridget Landry and Alexander James Adams. K. Tempest Bradford and Nisi Shawl have been designated “hosts.”
Conchair is Kathy Bond. The con has the theme “Building Yesterday’s Future — For Everyone.”
The Seattle 2025 bid was unopposed in the 2025 Worldcon Site Selection of the World Science Fiction Society, held at Chengdu Worldcon in 2023.
Seacon will host the 2027 Worldcon Site Selection and the 2025 Hugos.
