Frank Richards, a Pittsburgh fan, was a member of WPSFA and chaired PgHLANGE VI in 1974. Frank worked in the computer industry and, in the 1980s and 1990s, lived in Massachusetts, where he joined NESFA and worked on Noreascon 3, the 1989 Worldcon, and then in New Hampshire.
