Bulgaria's de facto natcon (actually spelled Bulgakon, Булгакон in Cyrillic) held (almost) annually since 2000.
It was 26th Eurocon on May 26-29, 2004 in the sea-side Plovdiv; the GoHs were Robert Sheckley, Ian Watson, Sergei Lukyanenko, Andrzej Sapkowski, Roberto Quaglia and Patrick Gyger, the director of Swiss SF museum Maison d'Ailleurs.
