Frederic Arnold Kummer, Jr., was an early Baltimore fan and sf writer who hosted the Baltimore SFL in his house. He was cited in Fancyclopedia 1 as an example of a hack writer.

He was the son of author and screenwriter Frederic Arnold Kummer, Sr.
