Balticon 18 was a convention held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 20-22, 1984. The GoHs were Parke Godwin, and {possibly -- sources differ} Donald Kingsbury. Mark Owings was Fan GoH and Robin Wood was Artist GoH.

The chairman was Sue Wheeler. Christopher Rowley won the Compton Crook Award for War for Eternity.
