A 12-page, [[one-shot]] booklet published for the [[Denvention]] by [[John Baltidonis]], [[Ozzie Train]] and [[Milton Rothman]] in 1941.  It was something like a [[program book]], but was done to publicize [[Philly]]'s interested in hosting a [[Worldcon]], making it possibly the very first piece of [[bid]] literature.

Baltadonis, Oswald Train and Milton Rothman, published through the courtesy of Comet Publications, 1700 Frankfort Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Free to persons attending convention".
