Apaplexy is an apa published every six weeks.

While the majority of the membership has been from Ottawa, it has had members from several other cities in Canada, as well as from the United States and now one from Brazil. The current OE, called the Central Mailer, is Sheila Brown of Ottawa, ON, as of 2019, when it had about 20 members.
