Frances Alberti attended the first Worldcon, NYCon in 1939 with her older sister, Rose Alberti, and their parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. Alberti.

She married Triumvir Will Sykora, one of the con’s organizers, and was a member of the Queens SF League, where she participated in the mini Exclusion Act at the January 1941 meeting.

She later divorced Sykora and married Leonard Quarterman.
