Balticon 20 was a convention held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, March 28-30, 1986. The GoHs were Nancy Springer, Vicky M. Wyman, and the FGoH was Pat Kelly. Leslie Fish was Music Guest.
The chairman was Elizabeth Rosenberg.
In addition, Lillian Stewart Carl, Donald Kingsbury, Janet Morris, and Diana Paxson were all listed as special guests.
Sheila Finch won the Compton Crook Award for Infinity's Web. David R. Palmer was the previous year's winner.
