-An impromptu [[convention]] created when a major blizzard swept into [[Boston]] late on Sunday, February 16, [[2003]] at the end of [[Boskone 40]], dumping 27" of snow before it ended late Monday.  Around  fifty out-of-town members were stranded for a day at the [[Sheraton Boston hotel]] and held their own convention, Snokone.
