-An ersatz [[club]] created by [[Claude Degler]] in [[Philadelphia]] in 1943 as part of his [[Cosmic Circle]].  Its head (and sole member) was (unknowingly) [[Ozzie Train]].  He populated the [[clubs]] by contacting [[prozine]] readers using names and addresses culled from their [[letter columns]].  It seems to have had no real existence.
