Christopher M. O'Brien is a genre author. He has been researching the pulp magazines and early fandom for more than a decade.
His short stories and articles have appeared in Filmfax, Mad Scientist, The Lovecraft Annual, and Mythos Collector. His latest book is The Forrest J Ackerman Oeuvre (2012).
He was a contributor to the 2018 First Fandom Annual, edited by John L. Coker III and Jon D. Swartz, and contributed a comprehensive bibliography to the 2-volume 2019 Annual, also edited by Coker and Swartz -- that features the life and work of David A. Kyle.
