Vote early and vote often: Dick & Leah for DUFF is an 8-page, mimeoed one-shot pubbed by Dick and Leah Smith in fall 1992 from Wheeling, IL, to promote their candidacy in the 1993 DUFF Race. It contains mainly historical trivia about fraudulent electioneering in Cook County, Illinois.
The Smiths won and attended Swancon 18, the 1993 Australian Natcon in Perth.
