The French version of the Hugo ballot was sent to "all Canadians"? That's millions of pieces of mail. Does that main all Canadian members, or that the ballot was "symbolically" sent, or what? A rewording or clarification is necessary here. --GMcGath (talk) 16:07, 11 September 2024 (PDT)
