SWIL

Swarthmore Warders of Imaginative Literature, a science fiction and fantasy club at Swathmore College which was founded in 1978 by Jim Huang and others. It sponsored an APA: SWAPA. SWIL took over the annual Pterodactyl Hunt at Swarthmore in the mid 1980s and continued to do so after SWIL morphed into Psi Phi.

As Psi Phi, the club sponsors weekly dinner traditions and board game nights, semesterly tabletop role-play events, and a sci-fi and fantasy library in the basement of Parrish, as well as the Pterodactyl Hunt.
