Rustycon 17 was held January 7-9, 2000 at the Everett Holiday Inn in Everett, WA. The GoH was Michael Stackpole, the Art GoH Bear Brown, the Fan GoH was Jon Gustafson. It was chaired by Bobbie DuFault.
